THE 11th GRADUATION CEREMONY

SATURDAY 11TH NOVEMBER, 2017

Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (A Constituent College of Tumaini University Makumira) wishes to invite all stakeholders to the Graduation Ceremony which will be held on Saturday, 11th November, 2017 at 8:30am at TUDARCo grounds located at
Mwenge along Coca Cola Road in Dar es Salaam.

All graduands wishing to participate in the aforesaid ceremony are hereby requested to observe the following:

1. Inform the Admissions Office from Thursday 5th October, 2017 to Tuesday 31st October 2017 oftheir intention to participate in the ceremony. Please .Only those who confirm their participation will
be considered for hiring graduation gowns. Confirmation through calls (0746-867712, 0785-580626, 0658-722177) should be done between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, during working days. Please collect the Agreement Form for hiring gown at the Admission Office and make sure that it is signed and
stamped by the advocate before submitting for collection of gown.

2. Graduands who wish to hire graduation gowns will sign an Agreement Form and pay a non refundable fee of Tshs. 35,000/=. Payment should be made to Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College through Maendeleo bank Account number 013828266011, CRDB bank account No.
01J1021002200 or NBC bank account No. 011103030931.

Gowns will be collected from Tuesday 7
th November 2017 at the Block C Sports Room,

Mwenge. Gowns should be returned from Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th November, 2017. However for those who wish to return the gown on the same day after the event, the gowns will be received at the same room used for collection. A daily penalty of Tshs.10, 000/= will be charged against those who will fail to return the gowns on time.

3. There will be a Thanksgiving Mass at Mwenge on Friday 10th November 2017 at 8.30 am followed by Convocation and prize giving ceremony thereafter. All alumni, graduands as well as best performing students are expected to attend.

4. Rehearsal will be held at the College (TUDARCo) grounds on Friday 10th, 2017 at 3.00 pm. Those who will not participate in the Rehearsal will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony the following day.

5. All graduands are expected to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

6. Strictly note that graduands who will arrive after the start of the graduation ceremony will not be allowed to participate in the event.
