The consequences of Saturday's defeat to Alaves can be noticed immediately. Barcelona boss Luis Enrique Martinez has left out Jeremy Mathieu, Denis Suarez, Aleix Vidal and Jordi Masip for the Champions League game against Celtic. 

It seems clear that there will be rotations throughout the season, but it also seems unlikely to be a coincidence the players who Luis Enrique has opted to leave out for this season's Champions League debut. Some of the four were especially disappointing against Alaves. 

That can't be said for Jordi Masip, who is left out due to the return of Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who is fit again after a hamstring problem.
