Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Dar-Es-salaam

Salary: 2 Million Tsh

Marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an entire organization). He is also responsible for company`s marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or masters in marketing or business administration or similar, advanced communication skills, strong project management skills, strong problem solving ability,

Experience:

Minimum 5 years with a real estate knowledge

Job Descriptions

Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but consider customer satisfaction

Identifying new customers

Building brand awareness

Communicating the marketing plan

Develop different marketing campaigns and administer them from start to finish

To develop and manage marketing programs

Providing sales support that will boost company development and advance brand building

Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics

Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendor

Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.

Provides in-depth information to interested clients about the company and its products
