COMMERCIAL MANAGER (Road Construction)
Our client a well established road construction company is looking for Commercial Manager to be based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will assume duty as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Maximize profitability of projects.
Manage relatioships with relevant government institutions.
Ensure that they know about all tenders in the road constructions and apply in time.
Work closely with the procurement department
Qualifications:
A University Degree in Engineering or Quantity surveying.
At least 5 years working experience a Commercial Oficer in construction or civil engineering.
Knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions.
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
